All individual sessions are held via secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing.
Initial Nutrition Assessment $185 (75 minutes)
During this visit, we’ll talk about your health and nutrition history and your current eating and lifestyle habits. We’ll start to unpack your relationship with food and define our goals for working together. Our work will center around taking care of the body you have right now. That may involve food planning, working on behavioral changes around food choices, meal timing, movement, stress management, and body image healing. We may conclude this initial session with concrete action-based goals, or simply with the intention to be more aware of your body and the food habits that mystify you.
Follow Up Assessments $150 (60 minutes)
Typically weekly or every other week, our follow up visits will focus on exploring our progress toward the goals we set together and celebrating the wins along the way. We’ll evaluate the effects our changes make on how you feel in your body, explore any food and emotion connections, and troubleshoot any challenges that will inevitably come our way.
